James Bedford
Director
James is a director of Fundline and he has been working in finance since 1987. He has extensive experience in  both the wealth and fund management sectors. Along with his fellow directors, he is responsible for all the fund strategies and investment advisers that manage cells on the PCC. James was a partner in the equities team at Cazenove & Co for many years and then a managing director in the funds team at JP Morgan Asset Management.

Chris Le Page
Director

Chris has more than 30 years’ experience in fund and corporate administration.  He joined Carey in 2015, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.  Chris leads the client delivery in the Guernsey corporate and funds services team and oversees a varied portfolio of corporate structures which includes regulated investment fund structures, listed companies, real estate, trading companies, and a wide variety of asset holding structures.  He has also gained considerable experience in working with companies and funds listed on exchanges including the London Stock Exchange (main market and AIM), Irish stock exchange, the International Stock Exchange and Luxembourg.  Chris holds the Institute of Directors (IoD) diploma in company direction. Chris Le Page is also a director of the Administrator, Sunterra Guernsey.

Simon Sharrott
Director

Simon Sharrott is a Guernsey based investment professional with more than two decades of offshore industry experience.  During these two decades of industry experience he has specialised in fund management, portfolio management, wealth management and private equity.  Most recently, Simon served as Joint Managing Director and Group CEO at MitonOptimal Portfolio Management (CI) Ltd prior to its acquisition by the Ravenscroft Group until March 2024, where he held the positions of Director and Portfolio Manager.  During this tenure, he was a member of both the Investment Management Committee and the Senior Executive Management Team.  Simon has comprehensive experience in senior leadership as a board director, he continues to be a non-executive director to several Guernsey regulated investment vehicles.  In 2022 he was named in the City Wire Top 100 Wealth Managers, in the UK.  Simon is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments and holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Finance.

Patrick Hall
Advisor

Patrick is a an advisor to Fundline. He has been in the investment management industry for the last 40 years. He has a long history of dealing with all aspects of investment management, regulation and fund structuring. Before moving into fund management and compliance, Patrick worked in FX and capital markets, primarily with Citibank and Chemical bank. He has a BSc. from Bristol University.

Greg Easton
Fund Manager

Greg Easton is the lead fund manager of the Regenerative Growth and Core Resilience strategies.

Greg is the founder of Resilience Asset Management having led a management-buyout from Ravenscroft in 2024. He is a sustainable investment veteran who first started managing funds in 2010. Focused on long-term performance with sustainable integrity, both the Regenerative Growth and Core Resilience strategies have evolved from discretionary strategies managed for private and institutional clients.  Greg has a depth of knowledge and investment experience covering intersectional sustainable thematics including biodiversity, climate, circular economy and social impact.

He holds the CFA Diploma in ESG Investment Management and the CFA Certificate in Climate and Investment, as well as the Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction (with distinction) and the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management (with distinction). He sits on the STEP IOM Board and is currently Chairperson of the Isle of Man Sustainable Finance Initiative, a Finance Isle of Man public private partnership focused on futureproofing the Isle of Man’s Finance Services sector.

He is recognised as a leader of sustainable investment management and in 2023 he received the Isle of Man Institute of Directors Sustainable Director of the Year Award.

Henry Davies
Fund Services

Henry is a member of the Fund Services Team with a focus on portfolio construction. He developed expertise in regulation and investment while working at a major international corporation. His experience includes transaction monitoring and reporting, as well as KYC and financial crime prevention. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in History and Politics and later earned a Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association.

Andy Hope
Fund Services

Andy is a member of the Fund Services Team with a focus on portfolio risk management. He began his career in financial technology and has spent the past two decades focussing on risk management, with projects covering credit, market and operational risk. Andy has worked across the spectrum of financial organisations including banking, private wealth, investment management and fintech. Andy’s experience includes EY’s Quantitative Advisory Services & Risk Management practice, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group and as a consultant to tier-one investment management firms and pension funds. He has a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a BSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Sheffield.

Tanya Ricco
Fund Services

Tanya is a member of the Fund Services Team. In addition to producing analysis and research, she assists on trade execution and is involved with trade surveillance and monitoring, investment committees and regulatory reporting. Tanya graduated with an under-graduate Legal Theory and Economics degree and obtained a Second Class (Division 1) post-graduate degree in Financial Economics. Tanya has completed the CISI Certificate in Investment Management.

Tyrone Matthews
Fund Services

Tyrone is a member of the Fund Services Team. As well as trade execution he assists on both fund analysis and the operational compliance and risk management of Thornbridge’s Fund Advisory and Wealth Advisory appointed representative firms. Tyrone graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance while also passing his CFA Level 1 in his final year. Tyrone’s previous experience includes Hedge Funds specialising in the derivatives space.

Georgie Lawton
Business Development

Georgie works within Business Development at Fundline. Georgie graduated with a BA Hons in History from King’s College London and has achieved the Level 6 CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance and the Level 4 CISI Investment Advice Diploma.

Edward Nix
Fund Services

Edward is a member of the Fund Services Team. He is focused on assisting the Investment Fund Services team with ongoing trade monitoring, portfolio monitoring and regulatory reporting requirements. He graduated with a BSc Hons in Economics and Finance from Newcastle University. He is currently working towards the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
